Dear Potential New Member,
The Sigma Kappa women are already excited for Fall 2010 Formal Recruitment. We cannot wait to meet all of you and are excited to share our love of Sigma Kappa! It is our home away from home and source of many of our strongest friendships. Even though we are all different, we are bonded by the same values and ideals of our sorority.
Our sisters are well- rounded women who balance their many interests with studies and fun. They participate in many aspects of campus life in some way, whether it is an academic group, volunteering, sports, dancing, or political organization. We especially value all of our sister’s unique interests and talents. This makes Sigma Kappa feel like a family.
Sigma Kappa especially embraces philanthropy work. We are especially proud that nationally Sigma Kappa is the second largest contributor to Alzheimer’s Research. It is important to our chapter to be involved in helping others. We have fun doing fundraisers such as a haunted house, philanthrophy dinners, and a annual kickball tournament!
